We had a very disappointing experience with our recent order. We ordered a Schezwan Margherita, Cheesy Spicy Delight, and were supposed to receive a free Personal Margherita as part of the offer. However, what we actually received were two plain Margherita pizzas and garlic bread, which is not what we ordered. When we tried to contact the provided phone number, it was switched off. We even reached out through the delivery person, but the response we received from the restaurant was vague and unhelpful. They kept bluffing and did not offer any real solution. After posting our reviews, we received a refund of ₹145 as compensation. While we appreciate the gesture, the overall experience and lack of proper customer service still left us disappointed. Very Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut, Kalamassery Had a really bad experience at this outlet. The staff, including the person preparing the pizza, had no idea about the toppings or even basic information like whether extra cheese was added. I had to wait quite a while just to get someone to respond, and when the manager finally came, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite the place being almost empty, the dining area was dirty and only got cleaned after I specifically asked. I ordered out of sheer hunger, but the pizza was barely edible, cold, tasteless, and definitely not up to Pizza Hut standards. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We ordered a Personal Schezwan Margherita, a Cheesy Spicy Delight, and a free Personal Margherita pizza. However, we received two Personal Schezwan Margheritas and garlic bread instead. When we tried to inform them via the phone number listed on their website, it was switched off. We contacted them through the delivery partner, but instead of apologizing, they justified their mistake by claiming that garlic bread uses the same dough and toppings as the Cheesy Spicy Delight. This was very disappointing, as we were starving and had been eagerly waiting for our food. We didn’t expect such poor service and are deeply dissatisfied. Update: After posting our reviews, we received a refund of ₹145 as compensation.
