I recently had a disappointing experience with my online order through the Pizza Hut app. On August 21st, I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 chicken wings at 4:40 pm, expecting timely delivery. However, the order arrived at 6:15 pm, after multiple reminders and calls to the Vyttila branch. The branch cited unavailability of delivery personnel, relying on third-party services like Porter and Swiggy. By the time the order arrived, the pizzas were cold and not fit for consumption. I hope you will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve your delivery service. Food: 1 Service: 1
