I am writing to share my recent experience at your outlet. During my first visit, I was treated well, and the service was excellent. However, on my second visit, I went to redeem an offer I had received via SMS from Pizza Hut — “Get one medium pizza free when you buy one”. To my surprise, the staff acted as though they were unaware of the offer. Additionally, while serving, they did not turn on the air conditioning, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Overall, I felt I was being treated differently simply because I was redeeming a promotional offer. I believe all customers, regardless of whether they use an offer or pay the full price, deserve the same level of courtesy and service.
