Worst experience at Pizza Hut in Crown Plaza Mall Mathura Road Faridabad. Don’t have cold drinks disposal glass and straws, do not offer tray for eating, cheap business strategies. I visited Pizza Hut yesterday and had a meal for four. We ordered the Meal for 4, which included two medium pan pizzas—Nawabi Murg and Country Feast—both of which were good. Along with the pizzas, we had four beverages—two fresh lime sodas (very good) and two Jamuni Mint coolers (just fine). The meal also included two plates of cheese garlic bread and two Choco Volcano desserts. The service was quick, likely because the restaurant was empty at the time. Mr. Ranjeet provided good service. However, I noticed that there were only two staff members in the restaurant, which could be a concern during peak hours. Overall, it was a good experience with tasty food and prompt service.
