1 star (only because 0 isn’t allowed) “Not even worth a single star. Very poor service. Houseflies all over the place, and the ketchup containers had flies inside. We complained, but the woman at the billing counter was extremely rude and careless. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she started spraying HIT insecticide in the dining area while we were still eating. No proper cleaning or hygiene. Terrible experience — definitely not coming back. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Team, Yesterday I had visited Pizza Hut at Guduvanchri branch, service was pathetic I ordered combo meal which includes cool drinks, but we didn’t serve cool drinks despite informing two times. We completed our meal with out drinks and requested for refund the money for drinks, they were not ready to refund the money and offered two pet bottles of 7up, I didn’t accept it. Sales person and service staff did not they a courtesy to apologise mistake. More over they didn’t provide bill for the meal which I had, they said due to technical issue unavailable to print the bill, but they were able to print bill for takeaway which was very strange! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

To Pizza Hut, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your outlet. I was made to wait for over 30 minutes with my child, which was very frustrating. Despite the long wait, I was then asked to come and collect the order myself, which made the situation even worse. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputed brand like Pizza Hut. Kindly look into this issue and take necessary action to ensure better customer service in the future.
