Average Experience at Pizza Hut – Urband Square, Guindy Visited this outlet recently and found the experience quite underwhelming. The space is cramped with closely packed seating, making it feel congested. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and there was water leakage in the same area, which was uncomfortable. I had ordered the Meal for 4 and a cold coffee. However, I was served cold chocolate instead without any prior intimation. On enquiring, they agreed to refund the amount, but unfortunately, we forgot to follow up before leaving. The drinks were heavily diluted with ice, and while the pizza was okay, it didn’t really stand out. Overall, not a great experience – definitely room for improvement in both service and ambience. We went to pizza hut at urban square last for dinner. Glad to see the staff tried their best to cater to the crowd however we were highly disappointed by the air conditioner not working With summer blazing, and running a restaurant on a weekend (high footfall) with no air conditioner ruined the complete experience. Even if the food was prepared carefully, we were not able to savor it because of the atmosphere If the company is in doubt, they can call any customer (every customer was asked for their mobile number while Billing) who visited them last night to verify Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
