Ordered a pizza combo on their official delivery app, they called me in a few minutes and told me that there was no one to deliver the food, and that I'll get food only at 5pm (which I ordered at 12pm, when I asked for a refund, they told me it will take two days to refund the money, very disappointing service) so I had to go there and collect. On the way back, their cheap quality cover tore off, spilling all the food on road. It again took me 10 minutes to carry them all by hand. Opening those breadsticks and had a bite... Dry as heck!, one of the worst garlic breads. French fries was decent. Pizza was average. Please either order on food delivery apps or eat at the store, never use their official app for the sake of offers, they suck! Food: 3 Service: 1

Really Bad Service. Please avoid ordering from Pizza Hut as they never deliver on time. The normal delivery is late by minimum 30 mins. And there is no basic courtesy to call the customer and let them know about the delay. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Service: 1
