I had one of the worst experiences at Pizza Hut recently. The pizza arrived cold, soggy, and lacking flavor — nothing like the quality they used to have. The crust was chewy in a bad way, and the toppings tasted stale. To make it worse, the service was slow and unprofessional. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. When I tried to ask for an update, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected at least something edible and decent. Totally not worth it. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE . THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN ELANTE MALL TO EAT SOME QUALITY FOOD WITH BETTER SERVICE. I am sitting here since 1:45 and it's 3 pm already , still waiting for the white sauce pasta . the service is so bad . they said the food will be ready in 15 minutes and they server it in 1 hour and 15 minutes and it looks like they are cooking pasta for first time . the pasta taste so gross.they service and food is bullshit . Terrible service. Mediocre food. No AC. If you come with a good mood, it will definitely spoil it. We ordered 2 pizza and an appetiser. One pizza order was wrong. While the restaurant replaced and corrected their error. But the server should be a little more attentive and not be absent minded.
