My friend ordered Arabic chicken shawarma & I went with garlic paneer shawarma & I can vouch that they are pathetic. I went ahead and tried because we have never tried. Felt like maida roti, filled with paneer which is unseasoned in itself & there was no hint of garlic either. Didn't even smell a bit of garlic. Around 350rs for both, and total waste of money. Paneer shawarma had onions and cabbages inside it, and I have no idea how they were complimenting each other. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 4

We had ordered corn cheese sandwich with pina colada. The sandwich was stale, bread used was dead and the pina colada was not a pina colada but was a pineapple mojito. Upon asking where is the coconut milk in the pina colada, the lady owner replied "this our style pina colada." I mean an unexpected answer but after the argument it was clear that food is bad and misleading from the menu and owner lacks business mindset, learning and acceptance of fault. She was also shouting at top of her voice with the staff and made our entire mind and eating experience a disaster. Requesting the owner lady to Remove the pina colada from menu and to the customers please avoid this shop in utkal galleria. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wastage of money and time. Overcharging for stale food. Better to spend in PizzaHut or Burger King. A big NO to all for SHAWARMA HUT. Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
