The order placing system fails to address the customer as well as the information provided by the staff varies from staff to staff. There's lot of delay in serving the meal. As well as the toppings felt like they were not fresh. Staff is too rude and there behavior is untrained especially Prakash was very bad at handling the customers. The experience was so bad that at one moment i felt i should never return to this store. I placed order at 9:30 and they told us to wait for 30 minutes although it was 10:30 the food wasn't served and later at 10:20 we wanted to add some more to the order they didn't allowed. Very disappointing service and behavior as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
