However, now the quest begins to order one single big pizza. First I tried to order it through website as I didn't had cash at that time and planned to use credit card on website. But, their website told it couldn't able to connect to the store..
As second attempt I called the number given on website, after waiting for good 5 mins the guy on the other end said that they have opened new line for Bengaluru customers and asked to call that number!
On third attempt, I called the fresh number given by previous call center. It again took another 5 mins to connect, the guy on the other end took my complete data and order in next 5 mins and asked me to wait while he places the order in RT Nagar Pizza Hut Kitchen. After 10 mins of wait he replied that, he also couldn't able to reach the RT Nagar outlet and gave the RT Nagar store number to call directly.
On fourth attempt I called RT Nagar branch directly in hunger but bad luck again struck me... No body received the call.
At last I got call from Pizza Hut RT Nagar branch only after 5 mins. I literally begged them to deliver as soon as possible.
As soon as the order got confirmed I ran to nearby ATM to draw money.
After all these effort I was really impressed by the delivery. They delivered the HOT pizza within 20 Mins.
Was it worth all these circus!?? Absolutely YES! As up to its name, it was "Ultimate" big pizza. After a long time I really loved the thin crust pizza. It just made me to forget the bad experiences I had in other Pizza Hut outlets! Plenty of ingredients, super spicy chilly and moderately tossed with Kissan Ketchup turned into an amazing combination. It was one awesome delivered food experience I ever had.
But sadly, after a few days of that experience when I went there for dine-in with a friend... It was closed. I'm not sure whether they have closed permanently or the closed temporarily for renovation.
The service is mediocre. The service is slow for pizza hut standards and the staff are not attentive. We had to repeatedly request for ketchup and additional fork.
Pizza Hut offers better discounts and incentives on online order and take home than sit-down dining. Try to avoid dining at this place if possible and order the same home and enjoy.
