One of the worst experience, I ordered a pizza worth of 600and order item is different n delivered item is different and I share this customer service team n had discussion of 2hr but there is no response and one of the worst customer service team. Please don’t cheat customer in the name of brand. I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. Despite being a fan of the brand, I was frustrated with their quirky ordering system for dine-in customers. They insist on QR code ordering, even when the restaurant is not busy. The QR menu offers more options than the counter menu, but the process is clunky. I struggled with payment failures, and when I tried to rectify the issue, my orders didn't show up in their system. The manager only intervened after payment issues arose, forcing us to reorder. This experience was a major letdown. Took us 45min just to place the order. Food was okay. Garlic bread was nice, melts was average. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently dined-in at this outlet. I ordered a combo meal for one. It had 1 veg-pizza, 2 garlic bread and 1 soft-drink. I didn’t like the pizza. It felt it was almost spoiled may be bcoz of the veggies on it. Something was off with the pizza. The pizzahut always had a good impression on me up until I tried this outlet for the first time and it didn’t keep up to my expectations. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
