This is not a restaurant; it’s a bait-and-switch operation. For weeks, a sign promoting "Unlimited Pizza for ₹199" has been plastered on the wall, yet every single time we attempt to redeem it, the staff—with zero apologies—claim the offer is "unavailable." It's a blatant lie designed to lure customers in. Today, we finally pushed back and were reluctantly granted the "deal." What followed was an insult to both pizza and customer service. They served us the absolute WORST, most dried-out, pathetic excuse for pizza they could find. The drink was worse. The Coca-Cola served to our table was completely watered down, practically clear, while the table right next to us received properly mixed, dark cola. They are intentionally serving sub-standard, diluted product to customers who manage to call them out on their advertised offer. This is outright deception and a health concern regarding food standards. They advertise an offer they actively refuse to honor, and when forced to honor it, they punish the customer with garbage food and watered-down drinks. This location needs an immediate audit. Save your money and your evening; avoid this establishment. You are intentionally being lied to. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The taste was okay, but nothing special. The crust was a bit too chewy and the toppings felt less flavorful than expected. The service was average, not slow but not very attentive either. The ambiance was clean but felt dull and plain. It’s a decent place for a quick meal overall, but I think there are better options around for the price ok. They show that the offers are there but when they where asked to provide they just tell us that it is not available. Me and my friends were there and they told us that they don't have enough dough and we have to wait for about 1 hr, we waited and after 1 hr they told us that they can't provide us the food but on the other table some customers were having same order as ours. They argued with us that they have been told to close this unlimited offer and have an official mail on them. We asked to show the mail but were constantly arguing after all this hassel the branch manager in attitude told their to give the food but don't take the money from us. We have several instances like this going on. 'Please contact us before coming Tommorow' they said we called them today and they said that this offer is closed for Saturday and Sunday. I am just saying don't go to this shitty place either the organization takes responsibility or I am going to consumer court to sue this people for harrassing the consumer. Worst experience Abe isse achi service to highway side dhabbe me dete h. And if this issue is created by staff the higher authority should take actions.
