I went to this place with my family. We ordered exotic garlic bread and supreme veggie personal pan pizza.due to.their offer we got chocolate cookie desert at less price. Everything was mouth watering. The service was first class.

The most shabby service quality ever. I had asked for a home delivery at 9 pm through Pizza Hut app and was promised a delivery time of 9:30 pm for my order. After calling the Lawrence road branch at 9:40 pm I was told that the order is not visible to them on system. After calling them again at 9:50 pm I was told that the order has been dispatched and would be received within 5 mins. After multiple follow up calls in the next 1 hour, they still could not trace the delivery. Only information given to me during all this time was that the delivery will happen in next 5 mins. Finally at 10:45 pm I got a call from them saying that the order was not visible to them all this while (which obviously was a lie since another person from the branch had confirmed my order almost 1 hour back). I never wish to order again.
