Customer service needs to be improved. The way the workers talk and behaviour they show must be scrutinised and improved. Particularly the employees who stand at the counter and taking orders. Stating a particular name of a worker who mistreat customer would harm their reputation. So, for now, I would like to advise Pizza Hut to maintain and improve the behaviour of their Employees in Khatla Bazaar, Aizawl Branch. Thank You !
