My first visit to the place was after a long drive with the family and my son was craving a pizza though he wanted to go to Domino's we decided to give it a try at Pizza Hub.
My first impression after seeing a small space was not that great and everything started changing once I opened the conversation with Mr. Negim the owner himself a great guy with a passion for what he does.
Mr. Negim is an Engineer by profession and cooking is his passion, it took him about 40-plus years to chase his passion and finally, he decided to come up with this outlet where he showcased his talent. Since he does have another profession that he needs to manage, the shop is open after his work hours hence the short operation time for the outlet.
All the food from the base to the topping is made fresh and they don't store which is good for people like us who want to treat our kids to some quality food. Coming from a Hospitality Background I could immediately recognize this from the taste and the way it was made in front of you. Don't take me wrong all this is made in a place where most of the base ingredients are not available and they manage to source it.
I was really surprised to see such quality food being served in a small town like Alleppey which shows that people have started appreciating quality too. They do delivery as well but within a limited area which I can understand since it's the same person who is managing the outlet who does the delivery too.
If you have a party or a small get-together during morning hours where you need their pizza don't worry guys you just need to let them know a day or two prior and they cater as per your need in most cases.
My kid loved their Pizza, he started asking for the same every day. Our third visit was not lucky though they finished their ingredients and it was a busy day for Negim. Guess what we were travelling the next day evening and Negim surprised me by delivering two pizzas for my son at my home the next day during our lunch hours which we never expected.
It shows how much he cares for his customers and what he did for my kid will be always remembered, until today my kid talks about that. I was told they are planning to come with a bigger outlet soon with enough space and we are looking forward to visit them soon on our next vacation.
If you want to try a real pizza just visit Pizza Hub you will not be disappointed. Apologize that since it was for my kid it was always the same flavour that we had ordered which he likes, so I won't be able to give any suggession from the menu but the day Mr. Nejim came home to surprise my kid he came with one of their signature or most moving pizza which was a Mexican flavour was really good and i can vote for that.
