I have today experienced the most horrific experience. I ordered two veg loaded pizza from Pizza Fuel Cafe - Bada Lashkar, City Gwalior. To be delivered from Zomato for dinner at my home.
I found a small black insect in my food. Called Beetle in the food. I consume the insect. the moment i feel smell i vomit. The order was placed on August 25 at 10.28 PM and i receive it at 11.01 PM. After finishing almost half of the pizza i found insect. I have attached the image.
I further called to the restaurant and explain the complete scenario and asked the name of the insect. And ask about safety and precautions while preparing food. The restaurant owner said in hindi.
Arey mam ye to light ka keeda hai. Aap brush kar lo maine bhi kuch din pehle kha liya tha. Garam paani pee lo ya zomato se contact karlo.
I have not asked for the refund of my order which was Rs. 197.64.
As i said i am not here to take this lightly. And i will complain to the higher authority
