I recently visited PizzaExpress and had a fairly enjoyable experience. The food was quite good, with their pizzas and pastas living up to the reputation of being authentically prepared. We tried the Quattro Formaggi and the Garden Fresh pizza. While the Quattro Formaggi was delightfully rich and well-balanced, I found the Garden Fresh pizza slightly overloaded with toppings, which made it a bit heavy.For drinks, we initially ordered the Japanese Summer, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. The staff suggested the Berry Slushy instead, which was refreshing, though not remarkable.The ambiance was pleasant, with comfortable seating that made it easy to relax. However, the service left room for improvement – it was slower than expected, and we had to call the staff multiple times just to place our order.Overall, it was a decent dining experience. The quality of food and ambiance stood out, but quicker and more attentive service would have made it much better.
