Disappointing Experience at Pizza Burst I recently visited Pizza Burst, tempted by their "Unlimited Menu" offer priced at Rs. 250, but the experience was far from satisfying. The entire concept of unlimited seemed pointless when most of the dishes on the counter were empty, and we constantly had to ask the staff to refill them. What made it worse was the service — the staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive. We had to call them again and again just to get basic items refilled, which completely ruined the dining experience. If you're advertising an unlimited spread, the least you can do is ensure the dishes are actually available without making customers chase the staff for every single thing. Overall, Pizza Burst seriously needs to improve both its food management and staff service if they want to live up to the promise of a good unlimited menu. Service: 1

The price per head is Rs 250 only so it is a great idea for parties but then again only if u wanna show off because the taste was so bland i couldn't even taste vanilla in vanilla ice cream! Starters have a big menu but they don't label the dishes so you don't have any idea which dish contains what that's why most of them were sweet and most of them were tasteless. Therefore, wastage of food! Talking about pizzas, they serve different slices to you but only one double layer pizza which was served the last was good rest all were bland or sweet again! If you are a sweet lover who loves sweet pasta, sweet noodles, sweet pizzas, etc go for it. Otherwise my genuine suggestion to the restaurant, you are providing a lot of meals in just Rs 250 which is a deal breaking concept for college students so just make them a little better, just add labels to dishes with the ingredients so people can choose and not waste food, and serve good pizzas first so people can choose before there tummy is full of cold drink and soup!
