Pizza Bistro is known for its Neapolitan pizzas, first outlet to serve in Vasai. I went there and ordered a vegetarian pizza with extra toppings, ravioli pasta, and coca-cola. The ambience of the outlet was cosy and lively. The seating could be improved. It might be on me because I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it didn't hit the spot. The quantity of sauce wasn't generous and the vegetables didn't enhance the taste either. There's chilli oil and flavoured oil to drizzle; however, it didn't save the pizza from being a bland mess. Servers do not provide Ketchup stating that 'Neapolitan pizzas are not eaten with a side of ketchup', so if you're a pizza+ketchup person, please note this and carry your own bottle/sachet, maybe? I LOVED THE PIZZA BASE as the bread was freshly rolled and baked. It almost gives the feel of a puffed naan. Ravioli tasted much better than the pizza; however, the quantity could have been more. As me and my friend wanted to try the place, we ended up sharing the dishes; however, the proportions are made for one person serving only. I would rate my experience at Pizza Bistro a 7/10.
