Extremely Disappointing Experience at Pizza Bristo Today was my first visit to Pizza Bristo, and sadly it will also be my last. We ordered pizza, coffee and hot chocolate. The first hot chocolate was good, so I requested the same one again. What I received the second time was completely different — watery, poorly prepared and tasteless. I politely asked them to correct it. Instead of remaking it properly, they simply sprinkled cocoa powder on top and sent it back. It was still not drinkable. After requesting the manager to look into it, they added a large amount of dark chocolate, which made the drink extremely bitter, raw and very unpleasant. I barely took one teaspoon of that hot chocolate. Still, I was charged for two hot chocolates. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, product consistency and customer care. The staff appeared untrained and careless in handling a very basic request. Very disappointing service and poor customer handling. I will never be visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
