The service was very poor , they even don't serve what they offer in menu. Listed on Swiggy Dineout app but refused booking , didn't provided bill even after several requests, they push you to pay in cash upto an extent that the suggest to cross the road and get cash from ATM. Swiggy Dineout didn't accept complaint against them as they do not provide hard copy of the bill . The payment has been done by me on the QR provided by them. But Bill has not been provided. I am heading to Consumer forum as the ruined our get together. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I went to Pizza baby for my son's birthday and opted for the italian buffet of 399. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite unpleasant. The food quality was average, and the service was very disappointing. Several items listed on the menu were never served, even after repeated follow-ups. To add to this, even the welcome drink was not served on time. We eventually left without having a proper meal, which was very disheartening, especially on such a special occasion. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹200–400
