I had a really bad experience with this place. They didn’t bother to ask about my food preferences and ended up putting ketchup on my pizza—which I’ve never even tasted in my life and definitely didn’t want. Who even puts ketchup on pizza? When I called to sort it out, they couldn’t care less and just said, ‘You should have told us before.’ No offer to replace it, no solution—nothing. I left hungry and paid for food I couldn’t even eat. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. Definitely not ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
