We recently visited on 13th July, 2025 to Pista House BHEL, Hyderabad, and ordered Chicken Manchurian and Egg Biryani. Unfortunately, the Chicken Manchurian was completely tasteless, so we returned it and requested a replacement. However, the staff did not replace the item and still charged us for it. This was quite disappointing and not the kind of experience we expected. We paid the full amount but left dissatisfied with the service. Hope the management takes such feedback seriously and improves customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

I ordered Mix Non-Veg biryani in that the prawns they were added are not good. FCO should visit them and check for the Quality of food they are serving.
