Today I visited Hyde Kitchen, and the ambiance is quiet, simple and clean. I opted for the drumstick chicken, Andhra Chicken curry, and plain Kulcha. The Drumstick Chicken made a speedy arrival, boasting a wonderful crispy. But while enjoying the dishes several pieces of chicken were undercooked inside. Following that plain Kulcha and chicken curry were served. Both dishes were delivered on flavorful and tasted good. My only minor quibble was the slightly generous amount of oil in the curry, though it didn't overshadow the overall good flavor. Prices are quite high.
