I had a disappointing experience at this location. Many items listed on the menu were not available – I initially tried to order the Russian Salad, Spaghetti, and Hummus Pita, but none of them were available. It felt like they were just kept on the menu for namesake, which is quite misleading. Eventually, I ordered regular fries, crispy chicken fish, and egg fried rice. The fries and fish were served, but we had to serve ourselves as the waiter didn’t assist at all. We kept waiting for the egg fried rice, but it never arrived. When we followed up, the manager casually told us they had forgotten about the order and asked if we wanted to place it again. By that point, I had lost interest and asked them to cancel the rice and bring the bill. This was my third disappointing visit, especially with their rice dishes. Definitely not the experience I expected from a well-known name like Pistahouse. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
