Amazing concept. Great food.
I was here and would like to visit again. This place was a little difficult to spot, but the homely nature of the place was simply a winner. The parathas and the Kadi Chawal had a different taste to it. The lady who owns it definitely was a sweet woman, who suggested us good stuff. We went in late that day so some of the items were not available, sadly. I tried the aam panna over there and it was superb. I also tried the pizza paratha which was ok. The kadi chawal was amazing. Overall a different place to go to, for good home style cooking.

This place has now become my regular friday lunch spot. Though I found that this place was closed since past week or so, not sure why. Anyways,
Their friday special mutter paneer and laccha paratha is awesome.
The laccha paratha specifically is cooked to perfection, soft inside and crisp on the outside.
mutter paneer has a nice home cooked touch with balanced spices.
The oriental paratha was very good. I felt the kadhi chawal lacked a little flavour though it had a good homely touch to it.
Aam panna was amazing with nice flavours of mint jeera and other spices well balanced which was so refreshing
Overall the food is very good.

Do not expect a great ambience when you go here. This is just a corner shop eatery serving great food at very affordable price.
The place is run my two women one Indori and one from Punjab which gives the place its distinctive name.

A must try if you are looking for some good home cooked north indian food.

There has been lately a huge spring up in the opening of the small eateries serving North Indian food around Hyderabad. Most of the good ones were limited to the restaurants and the other so called messes and eateries served Parathas which could not even remotely resemble the taste that they were advertising. And then came the gap where good entrepreneurs actually understood the need and here we have another on the list.

Having come back twice from a roundabout, empty stomach by seeing the shutters downed, this time was finally the time I was elated to find it open. The place itself looked so empty, and left me quite surprised considering the people eating out at DLF. The place was almost empty except a few people who had already ordered their food and one look at the menu and it actually sounded quite interesting.

Being there for the first time, I treaded cautiously and ordered a Maska Chaska Paratha based on the description. Fresh butter and cream, what can beat that anyways and within some time I was already wowed. The Parathas were extremely soft and almost a melt in the mouth. But it was the hara chutney which was the star. More like a sabzi, the chutney was extremely delightful and off I was at the counter to order their thali.

Containing rice, a laccha paratha, chole and raita this is was food which felt like home. You now when you have a bite and you just have that feeling, “Damn, I’ve missed this for so long”. That was exactly that. The chole was proper sada pind style. The meetha achar provided which I guess is homemade rather than store bought, had me licking it off the plate with my finger.

The Lassi, thick and superbly refreshing is another thing hard to miss here at Pindori Point. For me the Aam Panna could have been much better than what was given, with the fact that it felt a bit syrupy and sometimes like Puchka ka paani.

This is one place where butter though a main part, has the homely warmth flowing through its fod and definitely one of the better places to just sit and have some of the best parathas in town. ‘Go Pindori’
