With more than 50 outlets across the country, the Pind Balluchi is one of the best restaurants in Varanasi for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The best quality fresh food is served by professionally trained and well mannered staff. As the name suggests one finds an ambience reflecting the village of Punjab. The menu includes a wide range and I am sure everyone will find something of his taste and interest. Many dishes are unique to this restaurant and it's speciality foods are unparalleled in taste and quality. Most of the items are cooked/prepared after one orders for it. This takes 20 to 50 minutes of time but guarantees that they serve freshly cooked foods. What made me more happy and attached to this restaurant chain is that one student of BHU trained in personnel management (MPMIR; offered by the Department of Psychology) is associated with this national chain of restaurants in top capacity.
