The food is okay and the service staff is nice and polite but the manager is too arrogant. They put 10% extra charge (TIP) in the name of staff contribution by default in the bill and when asked why, the manager said "din me 1000 customer aate hai kis kis ko bolte rhenge tip k liye isliye bill me hi daal dete hai". So it means if a customer forgets to check that part of the bill, they would debit the amount off his card whether or not he/she wanted to pay it (keep in mind it is not an amount corresponding to a food item ordered). The customer should be the judge of how much tip he wants to pay and whether he wants to even pay the tip amount or not depending on the kind of service received. You can't self decide that for bill of Rs.1600 you put a 160 rupees tip in the bill? Thats broad daylight robbery. Yes they removed it from the bill when I asked them but why would you assume the tip amount and add it as a part of the bill? WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER – PIND BALLUCHI NEHRU PLACE & ZOMATO BOTH PATHETIC! I ordered Navratra thali from Pind Balluchi (Nehru Place) and the food was a complete disaster: • Samak rice – no salt, absolutely tasteless. • Kheer – sour, clearly stale and unfit to eat. • Kuttu poori – so overloaded with salt it was impossible to consume. This was not food, but garbage served in the name of Navratra thali. When I contacted the restaurant, they shamelessly refused to accept responsibility or provide any solution – exposing their pathetic attitude towards customers. And Zomato? As expected, just their worthless template reply of “sharing feedback with the restaurant” – no refund, no action, no accountability. They are equally guilty of enabling such third-rate restaurants. Pind Balluchi Nehru Place = ZERO quality, ZERO respect. Zomato = USELESS, SPINELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE. This was a health hazard, not a meal. Save your money, your health and your peace of mind – STAY FAR AWAY from this restaurant, and don’t expect Zomato to ever protect customers. Food: 1
