i have seen many hotel managers, but mr kripal's service is exceptionally good... he just serves each customer like his own family.. the level of hospitality this person has surely dezerves more than just 5 star rating... we need more ppl like him in the industry.. thnk u for giving us such a good dining experience every time.... :)
