Visited this small outlet recently, and while the food may be decent, the experience was soured by poor customer service. I paid in cash, and the cashier returned the wrong change. When I politely pointed it out, he was quick to deny any mistake instead of rechecking or listening — which felt quite stubborn and dismissive. When handling cash, attentiveness and trust are key. Unfortunately, that was lacking here. Advice: If you're planning to pay by cash, please be extra cautious and count your change on the spot. Can’t go wrong with the OG PIKNIKS. Food is classic and cleanly prepared. A must visit if you’re in galleria.
