We celebrated our kids birthday, worst experience. The manager is stubborn rude. Service very slow. Food average. From first day itself the manager has been like that. And that was the main reason to spoil our evening. He denied to refill food for our guests and said khana lo aur niklo yaha se. Unprofessional. And this was not a 15-20 kids party. We booked the entire area with min guarantee of 70 people. After paying 70000 at this place too, the person was rude ( which is a nice word to be used in public platform), worst experience we had as hosts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value honesty and transparency. You were part of the kids birthday party in which the party members were trying to consume hard drinks which is strictly not allowed at our place. So the manager had to interfere & strictly say 'NO' to hard drinks. However, we believe that your review does not accurately reflect your experience at our establishment.

I visited Picnic Box yesterday; it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, the service was absolutely unacceptable. The staff was unresponsive, and despite multiple reminders, we were not served food on time and it was cold when it finally did. The manager's attitude was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing our concerns or providing solutions, they outright asked us to leave before our allocated time. This was completely unprofessional and ruined what was supposed to be a fun outing. What could have been a great place for families turned out to be a nightmare. The management clearly doesn't value their customers, and the entire experience was chaotic and frustrating. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are much better options out there that actually care about customer satisfaction.

Disappointing Experience at Picnic Box Dine Restaurant, Ghaziabad I recently visited Picnic Box Dine Restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the rude behavior of the staff and poor service. Despite making reservations in advance, we had to wait for an inordinate amount of time for our orders to be taken. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, with our requests being ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. The food and service was not enough to make up for good. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy from the staff, which was sadly lacking during our visit. Unless the management takes steps to address these issues, I would not recommend Picnic Box Dine Restaurant to others.
