Extremely Bad and unprofessional. It used to be good earlier but now its pathetic. I recently ordered a cake for a certain occasion, but sadly a cake covered by rotten cream was given and when i claimed the issue, they were not accepting the mistake. Though they exchanged it but that too after getting into altercation with the manager. Very very poor!!

Very poor Taste and service.. when you purchase pre made cake, they give you rotten cake and when you complain, they don't accept their mistake. Bahut hi wahiyad jagah aur service. Please don't waste your money on Picnic Bakery
