Hi Ramya, Thank you for visiting Pibbles and for sharing your feedback. We understand that our space is cosy—we’re a small business and can accommodate up to six people at a time. While we do offer dine-in options, we know it can feel compact. Regarding pricing, we use couverture chocolate (not compound) in all our pastries and hot chocolate. This is a high-quality chocolate made with cocoa butter, and due to global shortages, its cost has risen significantly. Additionally, you were charged for extra ganache as requested. Since everything we serve is freshly made in small batches, our pricing reflects the quality of ingredients and craftsmanship we put into each product.
