Pibbles Bakery is a hidden gem for plant-based goodies. I almost walked by because there's no signage indicating it's vegan. I recently ordered a chocolate cake for a birthday, and it was a great hit. Even the non-vegans were blown away by the moist, rich, delicious cake. Everyone kept asking, "Are you sure this is vegan?" between mouthfuls since no one could tell the difference in taste and texture. All that's missing at the bakery is a furry friend to greet customers and spread the word. That would be icing on the cakes! Food: 5
