My recent visit to Phurr restaurant in Jayanagar left me thoroughly underwhelmed, struggling to understand the considerable hype surrounding this establishment. Despite its claims of offering "elevated vegetarian cuisine," the reality was far from it.From the moment we arrived, the service was noticeably poor, adding to an already uninspiring atmosphere. More critically, the food quality was surprisingly low. None of the dishes we tried lived up to the promise of "elevated" dining; in fact, they felt quite ordinary and, frankly, of very bad quality.It's disheartening when a place is so unnecessarily overhyped, especially when it fails to deliver on its core offering. For a restaurant that positions itself with such lofty culinary aspirations, Phurr in Jayanagar unfortunately missed the mark entirely. I regret to give it a mere one-star rating, but based on my experience of bad food quality and poor service, it's genuinely all it deserves.
