Promised delivery time was 34 minutes, but the food item wasn't ready for delivery up until 47 minutes, and including the delivery time it took around about one whole hour for the item to reach me. And this was definitely not a one-off lapse; I've faced this issue a myriad of times. Please, Petromax Light, given the great food quality you have, it would be a big luring factor for more customers if you could work on adhering to the promised delivery time.
