Very disappointing experience at Perch, Khan Market. The staff and especially the manager, Mukul Singh, showed extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. After seating us, they repeatedly insisted that we shift to another table even though we clearly refused. The attitude was arrogant and completely money-minded, making guests feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed. What was even worse was that the staff were talking and abusing about us behind our back, which is unacceptable in any hospitality setup. Good places are known not just for food but for how they treat their guests. Sadly, this experience was disrespectful and left a very bad impression. Would not recommend if you expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
