I've been a regular customer at this vegetarian restaurant for quite some time, and while the quality of the food is consistently good and enjoyable, I am disappointed with the overall customer service experience. The behaviour of the staff, especially the suppliers and managers, has been consistently rude and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed staff members yelling at the back of customers, which creates an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere. Despite being a loyal customer, I often face long wait times due to inadequate staffing. It’s clear that there isn't enough manpower to handle the daily customer flow, which leads to poor service and frustration. I truly hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the customer service aspect, as it’s equally important as the food quality. A better-trained, more respectful, and responsive staff would make a significant difference to the overall dining experience.
