The Staff from this new Place THE PENTHOUSE Ludhiana are really careless and this place is highly mismanaged.... On reservation we specifically asked for a baby chair to which she said IT IS NOT AVAILABLE... It obviously means that We are about to bring the baby to the place..... We were provided with two high chairs for the sitting and we complained about the same.... The General Manager ( A lady in mid 40’s) came and said that the babies are not allowed on Saturday night.... I told them that i asked for a Baby chair during reservation and was not notified that the Babies are not allowed... i was simply made to go back and not a single apology was made by these RETARDS ( Referring to the Staff of The Penthouse) .... I cant say about the food... But i m preety sure that the Management of this place REALLY SUCKS..... Guys, To experience the humiliation while paying EXTRA, this is the perfect SHITTY PLACE....My review is 0/5
