It's a pity, the staff is attentive as many visitors note. Enjoyable service is something that guests would like to improve here. As guests' reviews display, sometimes the atmosphere at this cafe can be nice. Penta Beans hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

It was my first visit. I ordered the watermelon chiller, orange mojito, peri peri fries, and octopus stir fry. The drinks were disappointing just syrup ,water and ice, no real juice or flavor .. the syrup was so much that I felt like vomiting after just one sip , it was extra extra sweet We barely took a sip and left the rest . The fries were okay but lacked the usual peri peri spices like black salt. I still finished them. The octopus stir fry with veggies should have named different since barely had any veggies just a few pieces of capsicum and onion. My friend had it, not me. Didn’t try other items, but they seriously need to improve their beverages. Just syrup water with ice really let down the experience. Iss se achha toh real juice hi de dete market ka ice cube dalke . So disappointing!!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Other

Thank you for visiting mam. Chillers are made with flavoured syrup, it’s not mentioned as real fruit. It’s supposed to be stirred or mixed before drinking. We like feed back be it good or bad. Please next time ask for extra ice or another drink if it’s not up to your expectations. We will definitely re make it for you. Only replying because fed up of people walking out without complaining at the time of eating and later coming here for bad reviews.

I can't speak for other customers, but every time I've visited Penta Beans, I’ve always been greeted with warm smiles. While it may take a little time for the order to arrive, the food is definitely worth the wait. I absolutely love their boba tea, and the buffalo chicken wings are also great. However they can work on their teokkbokki as it taste a bit funny. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
