If you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is competent at this confectionary restaurant. Prompt service is something clients agree upon here. When we compare with their close competitor, we could not experience any good range of products nor hospitality in the outlet we visited. There were only limited range of ice candies available in stock though there were sufficient in their menu. It was too much dusty and untidy out the premise, in parking area. We could find an absence of housekeeping. Counter staffs were bit robotic. Just handover and bill the items we order. No suggestions no recommendations. To conclude we had a lot of expectation with Peni but it was lost completely in our first outlet impression. Sorry that this expectation was mainly due to the hospitality we received from their competitor. Though the prices are similar and infra too, doesn’t make a sense if they don’t deliver quality items. Not at all recommended for kids. We had a lit bit throat infection after we had candies from there. Thank god my child gave back her candy since it was not tasty. Expecting some improvements from their side particularly hospitality and product range.
