I had always heard a lot about this restaurant from my wife, who would regularly visit this place. So, today after shopping from Avani Riverside mall, we decided to go for dinner in this restaurant. To talk about a few points about this place, I must emphasise on the following: 1. The restaurant is located right in Danesh Sheikh Lane and not at all difficult to locate 2. The ambience is that of old retro style restaurant but maintained very neatly 3. Staff behavior is just so good. They treat you well with courtsey 4. Food quality is very good. However, it must be stated that although they make Chinese and Indian items, both, really well, the Chinese tastes just Wow! 5. It won't pinch your pocket at all. While any average restaurant in kolkata will cost you ₹ 1000 to ₹ 1200 (fried rice, momo, chilli chicken) for two to three people, it costed me ₹ 900 for four people here. Items ordered were a fish fry, a chicken hot and sour soup, three paneer masala kulchas, one butter naan, one garlic chicken and one chicken bharta. That's crazy, I'm sure! So, dear Penguin restaurant, a big thank you from our side to you. You have been doing a wonderful job. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
