the food reached me after more than an hour. its cold and packed in just polythene. its not at all edible.

food reached late is not our responsibility sir we hve handed over to rider on time and the second thing food cant b packed in polythene sir it's packed in silver foil paking...you can share pic if food is packed in polythene...thnx and sorry for your inconvenience...
