We had visited this hotel in 2018 when we had a decent experience of this hotel.however, when we went for booking of this hotel recently, the booking manager had taken money from us through QR code. When we wished to cancel the booking, he failed to return the amount. we asked him to return the amount by cheque but he declined. He also did not allow us to speak to his higher authorities. We had a big mental torture and harassment while dealing with this gentleman. Everyone please be alert while paying booking amount to this hotel.

Coming to India for the first time, Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel's staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. This hotel was in a nice central spot to be able to go out and try local food or shops. As well as having a wonderful restaurant attached to it. In the morning a delicious breakfast buffet was available, a great was to start the day. Also on top of that, we felt safe, and our rooms were properly air conditioned and was kept clean for us.
