This place completely ruined our New Year’s Eve. After charging us ₹20,000, the hotel manager, owner, and staff behaved aggressively and abusively with us.We were pushed out of the bar, spoken to in an insulting manner, and treated with zero respect — in front of my family. This is not just bad service, it’s unacceptable behavior and a serious concern for customer safety.If this is how paying guests are treated, especially families, then people deserve to know the real face of this bar.I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are far better and safer options available.
