Super helpful staff here!! Would suggest this place to any first time pet parents We had an unfortunate incident where our cat, Mimi, accidentally inhaled pest control fumes and when we rushed to the vet they were patient with her even though she was being difficult during her vaccine. However, what truly stood out to me was even after I left and her condition hadn't improved much, the vet and a staff member were very involved after seeing videos of her symptoms. Santosh also called me later and offered some advice and referred me to another hospital (Crown Vet) because it was a bit late at night and they had 24/7 emergency services. Thankfully, I didn't have to take her there as her condition significantly improved within a couple of hours but I was so grateful for the staff at PawsnCollars for helping a first time pet parent navigate a stressful situation.
