Awful Experience – Zero Stars I rarely leave reviews, but after my terrible experience at New Pawan Bhojanalaya, I feel compelled to warn others. From start to finish, everything about this place was disappointing. First off, very unhygienic tables and table cloth ,the service was painfully slow. Our waiter barely acknowledged us and seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than taking care of customers. The food was an absolute disaster. I ordered the mutton, Rice,Roti etc it was nothing like what I expected. It was bland, half cooked. rice was cold and stale, I complaint about mutton then waiter said it like this only after so much argument he replace with small portion of chicken and again it was awful. finally we decided to left the hotel without having it. In short: avoid this restaurant at all costs. Terrible food, service, and ambiance. You’re better off eating anywhere else or cook a Maggie at home.
