very bad.. happens every time I order something, they change the quantity of my order.. for example, I ordered 3 plate vada and 2 plate idli, they sent 3 single vada and 9 idlis. and this is not the first time.. it happens everytime. and moreover they don't even have the courtesy to pick my call and resolve. Worst service!!! don't know how they got this rating (4.3). Food quality has also gone worst. I am a customer since 3 years. Harsha Darshini.. better pull your shutters down now.
