We are regular customers of Patiala Lassi. Recently, we ordered 5 lassis, 1 rabadi, and 1 laddu. The rabadi smelled and tasted bad, which we didn’t notice immediately. When we raised the issue, instead of addressing it properly, they told us we had already consumed about 40% of it. We paid a bill of over ₹500, and instead of correcting their mistake, they chose to blame us. This experience was very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
