I recently visited [patiala tandoor] and ordered the tandoori chicken, which unfortunately was not cooked properly. The outer part looked fine, but the inside was undercooked and quite raw in places. This was disappointing, especially for a dish that usually has such bold flavor and a perfect char. I hope the kitchen takes better care in ensuring food is cooked thoroughly.
