Pathak Hotel ka khana taste me hamesha se top-class raha hai. Main khud regular customer hoon aur dine-in ya pehle ke orders me kabhi complaint nahi rahi. Quality aur taste dono kaafi achhe hain Lekin is baar home delivery me packaging ka experience kaafi disappointing raha. Garam khana seedha thin plastic sheet se seal kar diya gaya tha, jis wajah se plastic khane se chipak gayi. Ye na sirf open karne me problem karta hai balki health ke liye bhi safe nahi lagta, especially jab khana bohot garam ho. Taste aur quantity bilkul perfect thi, bas packaging improve karni bahut zaroori hai — aluminium foil ya food-grade container better option hoga. Umeed hai management is feedback ko seriously legi, kyunki khane ka level already kaafi achha hai.
